i think i have hemorrhoid from being constipated and i need help is there any over the counter medicine for this?

annusol suppositories. If you find one medication for it, they should all be there right together. You can get creams with an applicator or suppositories. They have tucks pads to help with pain, but I don’t think they actually help heal anything. You can get Over the counter stool softeners – senna or colace – to take to help prevent constipation, or increase the amount of activity in you day and fiber in your diet.

If Prep. H doesn’t help try Rue Care Oil. Helped a number of persons when other treatments failed to deliver results. Change your diet. Eliminate or eat/drink as little as possible acid forming foods – they are causing constipation. You can find a list of acid and alkaline forming foods at the link below. Remember that soda is THE MOST ACIDIC of all…so goodbye to Cola, Pepsi etc. Also coffee and black tea, alcohol, nicotine are acid forming. If you have at home juicer make juice out of carrots, celery and drink in the morning. Also juice of prune (best home made, otherwise look for one without chemicals helps with constipation.
